PottersGate Christmas Fair
Join us for one of the biggest events in the school calendar!
Featuring all the classics - tombolas, games, raffle, bar, BBQ and meet the big man himself!

Farnham Fireworks (organised by the RoundTable)
Each year, Farnham Round Table organise the Farnham Fireworks & Torchlit Procession. Starting in Waggon Yard carpark, you can purchase flaming torches to carry up Castle Street to Farnham Park. Once in the park there is a huge bonfire to warm your hands on, a guy competition with entries from local schools and nurseries, a variety of food and drink outlets, entertainment, and of course the fireworks.
Information
Farnham Park will be open from 5pm, with a Food Village for young families wanting to eat early. Stalls and food/drink vendors to be confirmed closer to the event.
Entertainment will be laid on throughout the evening, starting at 5pm, including live music. Acts and performers to be confirmed closer to the event.
The Reading Pipers Band will lead the torchlit procession from Waggon Yard car park, up Castle Street, and to the park entrance. Heading the procession will be the Mayor of Farnham, and the chairman of Farnham Round Table.
Timeline
5.00pm – Park opens – Food village and entertainment: Hospital radio compere, Live music, Taiko drummers and fire performers!
6.15pm – Torchlit procession – Torches can only be purchased in advance online, then collected in Waggon Yard car park where the procession will depart.
7.15pm – Lighting of the bonfire
7.45pm – Fireworks!!!

Bag up your unwanted clothing, shoes, soft toys, linen etc and bring to school by 9am on Tuesday 23rd January.

Christmas Disco
Reception, year 1 and year 2: 4-4.50pm
Year 3 and year 4: 5-5.50pm
Year 5 and year 6: 6-6.50pm
This is a free event
No need to book
Unfortunately there will be no space for siblings to attend Volunteers can bring their other children if supporting the event
Children who attend Care Club will be taken to their disco and collected by the Care Club team (if appropriate)
To drop off, enter through the office gates to the school, round the side and into the music room
Collection will be outside the music room entering via the staff car park. Please collect promptly as we have a short turn around between sessions.
Sweeties will be given upon exit

The Roundtable are holding their annual Farnham fireworks in Farnham Park with torchlit procession through town.

Potters Picnic
Join us for the Potters Picnic our relaxed welcome event for children and families of Potters Gate and St Andrews designed to bring the school community back together to mark the start of the new academic year.
Bring your own picnic and top up from the bar, cake, ice-cream and treat stalls (cash and card payment available)
Activities include:
Garden Games
Football goal shooting
Plant a harvest cress head
Make a squishy
Decorate a biscuit and more…
Donations for the cake stall very gratefully received (please bring to the event for 12pm and remember NO NUTS).
